Depersonification

Supporting the modern EU residents personal data protection initiative (regulated within the framework of GDPR Directive), the cloud computing service of e-StepControl is intended for working with depersonified and any type of encrypted and encoded data. This allows the organization or client, which/who is using e-StepControl solution, to comply with and control own defined requirements for data protection and control.

Depersonification and data coding mechanisms (as well as mechanisms that perform data decryption) can be implemented with technical IT staff of the protected system and placed in the relevant infrastructure. Also, alternatively, standardised module functionality is provided, which executes the respective encryption procedures.

If “on-premise” variant of e-StepControl is installed, depersonification procedures are not necessary, as in this mode the solution can function completely isolated from the global network environment.
