Scientific study on improving the usability of IT systems using AI/ML

In cooperation with SEB banka, a new study “Analysis of IT system user behavior and improvement of the efficiency of implemented business processes using AI/ML” has been launched. As the result of the study, it is planned to create a prototype that will allow analyzing the usability of IT systems, i.e., analyzing the “user travel maps” and the effectiveness of achieving the set goals, as well as provide the recommendations for IT system user interface improvement.
